ANTHONY MALONE, HEAD CHEF, THE GRILL

Blackpool born chef Anthony Malone discovered his love for all things culinary by experimenting and creating delicious dishes in the kitchen of his parent’s guesthouse.

As soon as he was old enough he honed his skills right here on the Fylde Coast at Bispham College where he attained the highest possible qualifications in catering.

His gift for creating great food, by gaining vital kitchen experience in top local hotels, progressing all the while up the catering ladder.

A five year period followed at Lumley Castle, County Durham, where Anthony lead a team of 15 chefs in creating busy beautiful wedding banquets and running the busy restaurant.

Anthony returned home to join the award-winning White Tower team over 10 years ago and has since added his own unique touch to the extensive a la carte menus.

The White Tower can now be booked for exclusive dining experiences for private parties and special occasions. Anthony is now looking forward to working in The Grill creating new and imaginative dishes using local and seasonal produce.
